I. How to purchase a bidding document online

1) This section is only open to enterprise members of NPES. Register to become a enterprise member (read "How to register" for details).

2) If you are a enterprise member of NPES, please click on “Purchase bidding documents” on each tender notice page.

II. Instruction for online purchase a bidding document

1) Some bidding documents can be bought on website. The price will announce in the tender notice.

2) Mail a printed document free while selling the electronic edition.

3) If the electronic bidding document is inconsistent with the printed edition, the printed edition is accurate.

4) Expenses of bidding documents can adopt remittance transfer accounts and pay way of cash. The expenses pay to the relevant bid organizer directly.

5) The potential bidder, taking method of remittance, need to fill in the registration form of purchasing bidding documents accurately.

III. Caution

1) Please fill in the registration form of purchasing bidding documents in detail. Most of data and information draw automatically by the system. Check on and guarantee its exactness.

2) Please enter the contact person’s name that responsible for the biding project directly, and fill in the accurate telephone number.

3) Click on “OK” button to submit.

4) The electronic bidding document will be sent via Email as soon as possible. And the printed edition will be post via EMS or registered letter. Please guarantee the relevant information is accurate.

V. Online Tender

1) After downloading the bidding document, the item will be added to “Bidding list” automatically. You can click on “My E-Office”, and then press “Bidding list” button to look through. (This section is only open to VIP members of NPES)

2) All purchase and payment relevant information can see in tabulating. Before finishing payment, download function is invalid. Any question in the process of payment, please feel free to contact us via telephone or E-mail.
