ILF Technologies was formed early in 2002 when Milan's Machining & Mfg. Co. purchased substantially all of the assets of Versa Tech, LLC. The assets that were acquired included all of the engineering drawings, intellectual property, inventory, and machinery covering the Gregg, Baldwin, and Versa Tech product lines.
Milan's Machining & Mfg. Co. has been in business since 1969 providing precision-machined parts to a variety of industries including printing equipment. The company has over a hundred thousand square feet of space in several plants located in Illinois.
As ILF Technologies moved into its new plant in Romeoville, IL, early in 2002, it marked a new beginning for a long tradition of inline finishing innovation and service. We have staffed the new facility with trained personnel to provide quality parts, service, assembly, engineering and sales of inline finishing equipment to the printing industry. Coupled with Milan's Machining, ILF becomes one of the only companies in the world to be able to internally build all major components assuring our customers of the highest quality at the best price.
We look forward to serving the large base of Gregg, Baldwin, and Versa Tech customers and supplying the best in inline finishing systems and components. |
