Online Conference Manual

The Online conference is one of the features of the NPES E-commerce Site.  This service is offered exclusively to NPES enterprise members.

I.  Manual

  1. Reservation

If you are an NPES subscription member, please click on the "My E-Office" button in the right corner of your browser window, then click on the "Invite to meeting room" button further down on the "Contract Info (Member Only)" page (Pic 1).  You have now succeeded in making a conference appointment.

Complete the meeting room information (Pic 2), including the starting time of the meeting, its length, and the password required to enter the meeting room.  This should ensure that the conference reservation process continues smoothly.

 (Pic 2)

"Your Appointment Accepted" is the message that should appear automatically. The relevant information can then be seen in  "My Meeting Appointment - Received" on the "My E-Office" page.

     2.   Management

The Appointment Management System provides details with the time of the invitation, the beginning and ending times of the use of the meeting room, the name of the host, etc. (Pic 3). Invitees have the right to  "Agree" or "Refuse" an invitation to a conference and conference hosts have the one and only right to "Delete".

When the invitees accept the invitations, the conference appointment formally comes into force.

   3.   Appointment

Start at “Appointment Management,” go to “Details,” and click on “Click to Enter.”  This will take you to the meeting room. Fill in your user name and password, click once on "Login" and wait for confirmation. (The username is the name you used to subscribe and the password is mentioned in the "Details" section.)

 (Pic 4)

After entering the meeting room, you can see the user names of the other subscribers on the web page.   Choose one and click the "Call To" button. An invitation web page will display on that member’s screen.   Press the "Confirm" button to set up a long-range meeting; press the  "Give Up" button to cancel this appointment promptly.  (Pic 4)

After finishing, either party can click on  the "Hang Up" button to finish this appointment.
