The Tariff for Cigarette Paper Reduced 6.4%

According to "Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China", the I&E tariff of PRC for a rather extensive range products are adjusted, including products of printing, publishing and converting industry. The decreasing rate for printing , publishing and converting industry is ranged from 1.8% to 6.4%.

This adjustment is to keep in accordance with the promise of China's entry to WTO and requirements of economic and foreign trade development, the Tariff Commission of the State Council conducted the adjustment for tariff, while other government authorities of the State Council will adjust their I&E management measures respectively.
 
Among the adjustment for graphic arts industry, papery products rank the top of the tariff- reduced list, especially cigarette paper, whose tariff rate is down 6.4 percentages.
